Excellent customer service. I placed an order and realized I typed in the incorrect shipping address . I immediately sent an email to customer service to make them aware of what happened. They were able to correct the address before the order shipped out.

I had a great experience using Verano Hill. I ordered a brown purse, immediately got a confirmation number, was immediately notified when it was shipping, and received the bag within about a week of that! My bag was very nice quality, came in a cute little dust bag, and I received a bunch of compliments on the purse already!
